All items can be collected in store Free of Delivery Charges after 10.30am the following day.
Please be aware that the Edge Sculptures are only available on a Click & Collect basis.
We only sell items that we have in stock and we deliver to the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We can also send orders to UK Offshore, which includes the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Scilly.
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and to mainland EU Countries are also available.
Delivery charges will be added at the checkout once you select your delivery option.
Our delivery charges are as follow:
*next day is deemed to be next working day. If an order is placed on a Friday, next day is Monday and if an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, next day is Tuesday. If it is necessary that you have a Saturday or Sunday delivery, please call us on 01284 700288 and we will quote you before you place your order.
Your order will normally be dispatched within two working days during the working week, and during our busiest periods within three working days.
Orders placed at the weekends will not be processed until the next working day. It is sometimes the case that if you live in a very remote area, or Northern Ireland that your parcel may take a day longer to arrive than the timescales we have quoted.
For most UK deliveries, your parcel will be delivered by DPD and should arrive within 1 working day of your despatch email notification. At your own risk, you can nominate a safe place for a parcel to be left in case you are not at home or, you can request that the parcel be left with a neighbour. There will also be an option to deliver to a local store for collection. DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel on three different occasions before it is returned to us as undelivered. Home deliveries can start as early as 7am and be delivered as late as 7pm between Monday and Friday. For your convenience, you are also able to select an alternative delivery address to your billing address, such as a work address. Should you choose to instruct our couriers to leave a parcel in a location without it being signed for, you do so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. Please also note that it is at the discretion of the delivery driver whether or not they feel it is safe to leave your parcel in your requested location. If your delivery has been sent by Royal Mail, no email delivery notification will be given. Your order should arrive within 3 - 5 working days of dispatch.
